Effective September 2, 2026
Website Terms
These terms apply to this website, its demonstrations, and its free operational resources. Paid projects will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Informational demonstrations
Product descriptions, prototypes, forecasts, examples, and demonstrations illustrate possible capabilities. They are not promises that every capability is currently available or suitable for every organization.
No legal or financial advice
Our website and resources provide operational information only. They are not legal, financial, investment, accounting, or regulatory advice and do not establish ownership, registration, clearance, or compliance by themselves.
Free resources
You may use the Copyright Passport and other expressly identified free templates for your own internal operations. You may not resell, rebrand, publish, or distribute them as your own product without written permission.
Intellectual property
The My Music Copyrights name, branding, website content, frameworks, interface designs, and reusable materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client data and client-owned materials remain the client’s property under any applicable written agreement.
Paid services
A website inquiry does not create a client relationship. Scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, support, warranties, and other commercial terms must be agreed in a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement before paid work begins.
